It seems openssl sha256 is twice as fast as @rustlang RustCrypto sha256 and libsodium sha256.
16,837 ns/iter (+/- 1,563) = 486 MB/s
36,774 ns/iter (+/- 2,526) = 222 MB/s
33,104 ns/iter (+/- 2,898) = 247 MB/s
