Programming languages don’t matter. We all solve many of the same types of problems in diff langs and we all get paged at 3am. I can’t say between all the langs I’ve had to hop skip & jump around that any really enabled much except waste my time re-learning instead of refining

I haven't had a deadlock in my business logic since moving to Clojure, had them multiple times a week in C#. Can I write immutable FP code in C#? Sure, but it's not the default, and so it's more painful. Languages are more about sensible defaults.
