What were you using before? I've been content with IntelliJ's tools but wondering if they'll get eclipsed.

I'm using vscode. Before I was using RLS which was much slower and lacked a bunch of features rust-analyzer has. The best way I can describe it is that it has features I didn't know I needed or wanted

Educating users about what is possible is one of the hardest problems in IDEs. A usual approach is to make features "scream" via GUI markers by default, but have an option to disable GUI for expert users. Tweeting gifs also helps :)
