My sister's kids came to visit for a week and she's all "oh they're picky eaters" End of the week both of 'em eating food she's never even dared to try. All I do is make them a part of the cooking process, and they love it.

Right down to what they drink. Wife and I drink almost exclusively water, so that's the only example our kiddo will have for years.

Two big issues I've noticed since having a kid: 1, parents want their kids to avoid junk they eat right in front of them and 2, parents go too far and refuse their kid fruit at a young age. I've never seen anyone fat from strawberries, let you kid learn to love healthy!
