@russellholly I would love to know what exercise regimen you had. I need to lose weight as well... I know a lot of it is probably control and watching what I eat... But how did you do it? I know it couldn't have been easy...
Right now I do 45 minutes on an exercise bike every morning, but I've been gradually increasing the time and difficulty level as I get healthier. Protein heavy diet with fresh vegetables instead of bread, no soda/coffee/beer

I started with 20-25 minutes, basically whatever the length of the show I was watching happened to be
