My goal this week was too walk three miles every morning. Pleased I was able to pull it off. Next week I add gym workouts.

Unsolicited advice: you'll think you can handle heavier weights when you start. You can, but will slow down later and hurt more the next day

Go lighter than you think you can do the first few times you go. Get those muscles primed first.
