1. I don't miss caffeine at all. I don't need it in the morning, and if I need to work late I adjust my meals accordingly. I sleep the same.

2. I can't stand the taste of most sodas now. Coke/Pepsi aren't enjoyable to me. Mountain Dew nauseates me.

3. Sweet stuff, like chocolate or desserts, are WAY easier to savor now. A "fun sized" Twix is an amazing rush of flavors to me most days.

4. My body HATED the change at first. My food intake increased to deal with the loss in calories. Took weeks to fully adjust.
