It's been two years since I ditched sodas, energy drinks, and coffee. Here's what I've learned since then.

2. I can't stand the taste of most sodas now. Coke/Pepsi aren't enjoyable to me. Mountain Dew nauseates me.

3. Sweet stuff, like chocolate or desserts, are WAY easier to savor now. A "fun sized" Twix is an amazing rush of flavors to me most days.

But but... why give up coffee?! Sugary drinks I can understand... but... sweet, sweet coffee....

I was never big on coffee to begin with, so it was easy to drop. Acid imbalance in my stomach caused a lot of problems.
