It never feels like anyone at @SouthwestAir is on the same page with this whole overweight passenger thing. Like the policy changes weekly.

it's probably just that some people are ok with it, and others are embarrassed to work for an airline that fat shames people into extra seat

I don't see it at shaming, though. I legit weigh two people. Sitting someone in the middle seat next to me for 6 hours is terrible.

fair, except that it's only that bad because they continuously shrink seats, and remove leg room to pack more and more people onto planes.
