I’m not as “public facing” as I used to be, but I’m so happy with what I do. I definitely wish I had more time to write, and I’m constantly a little envious of my colleagues who get to spend those first few minutes with a shiny new thing, but I’m just really happy overall.

I love that "going to work" can these days be waking up and opening your computer or phone while still in your underwear.

We’ve talked about this, I don’t do underwear.

I'm currently sitting in an Uber explaining my job to my driver and we really do have the best job in the world. Thanks for being part of why I love it so much.

Russell, I love how amazing you are at the job you love. I love having the chance to watch you grow and develop in this new-ish role for you. I love the idea that cool things I do might make you proud, or even look good. Thanks for being you. You're amazing.

PS my main milestone is tomorrow, so I'm saving the rest of my kind words for you until a good time during the afternoon proper. Keep your eyes peeled!pic.twitter.com/Em8x98Js0I

I'm glad you have that luxury. I haven't been as active on MN sites because I am fighting to keep a job I love. Buyout is in play, and I should know on Monday if in job hunting or not. But it does bring me joy when I hear this.
