The Hulk movies were awful. Everyone already loves the Spider-Man MCU movies. A lot. I can see we're somewhere beyond the Lake of Bad Takes and into the Uncharted Places.https://twitter.com/The_CSJR/status/1166429586105819136 …
In what way are the individual films not relevant? Hulk has a Phase One film. It was awful. Weaving his stories into other characters creates a way better overall story. See: Ragnarok. Spider-Man would be fantastic if that same thing we're to happen, which is extremely unlikely

I said specifically that how good they were was irrelevant to my take. It's public knowledge that not having the rights to Hulk's individual movies played a part in him only being featured in ensemble movies. You're very welcome to frame that as a "better overall story" but 1/2

I do not agree at all. Ragnarok was a wild amalgamation of many things made entertaining by Taika's direction but Hulk's character arc was completely scrubbed in it, as evident in Infinity War + Endgame. Search me if you want to see what I've said about Parker's MCU role 2/2
