As much as I appreciate
@theMrMobile opinion on a vast majority of things, he regularly reminds me he's not really the "workout" type, and I need to know if I can do 20 miles of running a week in these without them falling apart in two months. - 1 more reply

They’re not a real running shoe. They would fall apart after any real running. They’re very comfortable but not for any intense workout.
