See but in the kitchen I'd just "SIRI play next song" so I didn't have to even get close enough to fling grease near my screen. I feel like voice still works in 99% of the "gesture" use cases, is easier, more natural. (Mute folks can't use that feature, thus, accessibility).

I find most voice things struggle in my kitchen. Once I have more than one pan doing something, the noise level causes problems. And even then, voice is still more time/steps than waving my hand.
