In fact, literally everything you listed as an advantage leading to a "better sell" is a part of the Google Classroom/Chromebook offering. At a minimum, your research on the subject seems one-sided. You might consider consulting a teacher or two. I think

I'm not completely ignorant here as my best friend is head of IT for a private HS in the area and I know the head of IT for Marlborough school's; yes, G Suite has similar features, but Microsoft seems to be doing more around accessibility, inking, gaming-as-learning, etc.
