Twitter peoples, help me out please? Tell me about your favorite protein bar. Sell me on it, why you like it and what it does for you. Either a snack bar, meal replacement, or recovery food. Whatever the purpose, I want your recommendations.

Clif Builders are my go to. Peanut Butter crunch to be precise. Only issue I have is sometimes they feel just a little too heavy in my stomach especially on a hot day.
-
Yeah those aren't bad. I burn out REAL fast on peanut butter protein things, so I rotate them out a lot.

Yeah, the one I listed isn't a daily bar for me. It's the one I go to when I'm in the middle of a long ride or something.

Love Clif bars. I went to High School with Gary Erickson. Have you tried his energy gels? Super energy boost on your rides. Coolest is the litter leash to limit trash by keeping the top leashed to the gel pack.pic.twitter.com/lA6eL5J1eg

I've tried the gels, but haven't landed on a flavor I love yet.

My wife likes these Costco ones because of the low carbs/sugar.pic.twitter.com/JQV1GKVrFx

They aren't as tasty as Builders Bars, but Oh Yeah ONE bars are still pretty good (I like the Peanut Butter Pie flavor), with much less sugar and more fiber.

I'm a slim faster. 1% milk, using the low protein options (14g per replacement). I really like low protein options, so I can replace more frequently in the day (3 out of 6 meals if need be), I'm a shaker because I prefer milk as a primary source.
-
Specifically went with slim fast, because it's one of the only replacements with a low protein option.
