I'm sure the questions of bias on behalf of Congress are largely referring to a political bias and not a competitive one, but that's the part of this conversation I'm most interested in. Between YouTube and Maps, content moderation and bias are complicated topics.

I believe most Google products are free from bias. The problem is that they as a company so obviously are not and their leadership feels free to express those biases regularly. Given that, it is easy to conclude their products reflect that bias.
