What's the difference between this and e-sim?https://www.theverge.com/2018/11/16/18098617/verizon-multiple-phone-number-amount-price?utm_campaign=theverge&utm_content=entry&utm_medium=social&utm_source= …

Is there one that is better than the other? Like, why would you choose one over the other?
-
I would choose E-Sim (or Dual Sim) if I either regularly traveled outside the country or frequently traveled to areas of the US where one carrier was significantly better than another (Verizon/Baltimore, T-Mobile/Seattle for example) I would use this if I need multiple numbers.

Is esim available for Verizon?!

Currently only the new iPhones are supported, but yes Verizon does have some E-Sim functionality planned for "the end of the year" https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/dual-sim-with-esim-faqs/ …
