While our school has AC (which we only got 2 or 3 years ago), so many others in CT don’t, which means a rash of school closings/early dismissals here. Consider havoc wreaked.

He's talking about Baltimore City Schools, not County The County has it's own A/C issues but it's down to 10 schools. The City, unfortunately, has over 60.

Especially not kids in Baltimore City. The State has often shortchanged that specific district, and it's kids, but it's as bad now as I can remember it being in my lifetime
