Worked for a lot of us with Windows. I used Windows almost every year I was in school and every PC while growing up. I'm way more used to it. If a Chromebook does what people want, i can see them sticking with it.

If the machine supports Android apps and Linux apps, with a decent processor it's basically all most people need as a laptop in my opinion. If it's a 2-in-1 that's even better. Just a shame that people just see them as laptops running JUST Chrome, there's more depth there!

I just jumped over to a Pixelbook as my main device at home. I am curious to see if ChromeOS in school and Google services ends up leading to a new generation desiring that sort of tech over Windows or even macOS. I don't think this ever was true for Apple though.
