- Protein water during workout - 1.5 eggs w/slice of bacon - Protein bar snack - Protein shake - Broccoli w/ hummus snack - 5oz meat with some vegetables - 90cal ice cream bar if I hit my workout goal that day
What else would you recommend for eating or is this your common menu
This is most days for me. Sometimes I'll mix it up and grab a spoon of peanut butter as a treat or have a cup of Skyr yogurt instead of the broccoli. If I'm not at home and need a meal I'll frequently dip into a Starbucks for their bacon gruyere egg bites or Chik-fil-a nuggets.
Oh it is for sure. How many workouts do you do in a week?
Right now the weather outside is perfect so I'm able to do at least 45 minutes to an hour outside on my bike every morning. On weekends I push that a lot further and will do 3-4 hours.
I do Pure Protein bars (blueberry, strawberry, chocolate chip are my go-to flavors) on normal days and Clif Builder's Bars (Cinnamon Almond and Mint Chip are my go to flavors) when I'm very active.
