    Two additional comments here: 1) Intl. standards to be coordinated through a new "international standardization work mechanism with government guidance." (6.24) 2) More focus on using standards to support policy implementation, making them policy tools/technical regs. (7.28)

    (6/9)While the strategy doesn't mention a China-dominated international SDO it sets the goal for growing international importance incl in the BRI, BRICS &others, translation of Chinese standards. China will try to establish industry consortia of global importance to set standards
