We'd like to help. Does it show that the video has been completely processed in the Video Manager? Also, share the video URL with a few screenshots for us to take a look. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply! Below is the link. Yes it is processed and actually was working fine when we first uploaded. We even added end screens and cards which you can see in the screenshots but today we checked and saw that part of the video was cut out
