Once worked on a project where Creative Director kept changing core gameplay, leading to new art requirements regularly.
Sometimes they'd forget to tell the art team, and we'd only find out after a show and tell which didn't have the new changes which we didn't know about yet.

I have so many of these but can't exactly share them on a public platform, but here's a few:
- had clients that completely changed scope, gameplay and art of game at least three times within a matter of 6 months, scrapping most of the work each time
