    Yay 😀 so last week I finally got someone from on the phone and this lady could hear me phew ! Thanks loads for helping me out, as not being able to play any PS5 games on a PS5 really sucked. Looking forward to the replacement coming 👍👍

    Wow so 1.25 hours on hold on the phone to speak to support. When they finally answered said they couldn’t hear anyone and hung up. Odd as I was shouting so loud they might have been able to hear me all the way from Japan! What a nightmare Aaaaargh....

    LOL not sure what that says about the quality of my code then, though I can make passable poached eggs 😂

    As Reece says: if you can learn how to cook - you can learn to code. Interesting to hear his position on Analytics Heterogeneity, treating models as corporate assets and if there is more than the technology to it.

    Totally agree with that, can't make an impact transforming systems or tools if the culture of the business isn't to question, disrupt and innovate.

    While technology plays a leading role, perhaps for more established organizations the hardest part of that transition is helping the people change their mindset and approach. But you know what they say, Culture is the hardest to change, right?
