I've only had luck AWS docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/ Been surprised not much competition. Gcloud supposedly has GPUs in beta.
fascinating to see if any non-public company is a player in hosted space next year. Seems like giants will dominate

bunch of others too though, "gpu cloud" google search yields a number of smaller players (cirrascale, soft layer, etc)
