    If you're a physician, and you recommend a young male patient, or a pregnant female patient get a Covid-19 vaccine, and post-vaccine the young male gets myocarditis, or the pregnant female has a late-term miscarriage, what incentive do you have to report those adverse events?

    ., what explains the wide variance among Ontario's PHUs in the number of C-19 vaccine adverse events reported (per 100k doses)? Could under/overreporting of events factor in? Note: has one of the lowest reporting rates in the province.
