It might be worth adding, though, that a dual sim European Mate 20 exists. There was no dual-sim European Mate 10, but there will be a dual-SIM European Mate 20, based on firmware files I have.
btw, those of you thinking about getting the Mate 20 in most of Europe will likely be out of luck again. Huawei looks very likely to only offer the Pro in most countries but you might be able to get one from Scandinavia or Spain/Italy/etc

Norway didn't get the Mate 10, only the pro, same with the Mate 9, only the pro version.

we Finns get mate 9 and its pro model but next year only Mate 10 pro and this year looks same as last, only pro model coming and its little stupid bc other people don't like curved screen and huge notch.

Any particular reason why? They're announcing both phones this time in London, which is sure gonna attract a lot of attention for both phones, would be strange to not have the regular one come out in the UK at the very least, lol. The P20 normal sold in most countries just fine
