And now a small update from Tulare County that adds 89 votes in #CA21 that break 56.2%/43.8% for Republican , further increasing his lead over Democrat by 11 votes to a new lead of 1,763 votes.

If the proportion of #CA21 ballots in Kern County's 11,000 remaining countywide votes are in line with its share so far, can still close the gap if he manages to get ~90% of what's left.

Weird. They added 417 votes, but comparing this update to the last, they only went from 1295 to 1012, or 283 votes . . .
