1. We will treat data from anyone watching children’s content on http://YouTube.com as coming from a child, regardless of the age of the user. This means we will only collect the data needed to support the operation of the service.

At this point, there’s no way to guarantee that your content will appear in YouTube Kids, but if you self-designate that your video is made for kids on main YouTube, you may still be able to monetize with contextual (not personalized) ads. More: https://yt.be/help/pE5Q

I work my ass of for 5 years making animations, learning the craft, and you are going to ruin my life in 4 months. You guys are going to kick out of your platform the most hardworking and talented people. The traffic will crash because you will also remove notifications. RIP YT.
