More interesting that scooter approval rating is roughly inverse of population density. Initial thoughts are a combo of 1. More walkable cities mean more clashing with pedestrians 2. Dense cities have better 2nd choice alternatives, whereas scooters unlock trips in ATL/AUS

Even though Bixby is reportedly terrible, it was Samsung's attempt at what Shortcuts is focused on- an Assistant that helps you *get things done*, vs. one that answers questions. Also interesting re: "make google do it" ad campaign. cc

Marketing-wise, is it better for a left-y to describe themselves as socialist vs. things like progressive, egalitarian, New Dealer, Civil Rightser? While wonk-accurate, Socialist seems like painting a big bullseye on your own back, tho I might be wrong.

Protip: when you confirm a purchase on iPhone X (App Store app, iTunes song, etc.) you can double-click the power button as soon as you tap Buy and it will process much faster, no need to wait the annoying 5 seconds till it asks you to do it

Google also owns and points it directly at Google search, which consistently confuses DuckDuckGo users.

if I start typing a registered email, then autofill works, but it doesn't show the dropdown of options before typing. Probably hard for you to test, so no biggie :)

Apollo is a huge leap in Computational Photography. First app to treat Portrait Mode as true 3D scenes, and renders light sources into their space, really astonishing. Made in Cyprus by @IndiceLtd. Worth checking out

Google Duplex is a very interesting research project, but if applied with real humans as the recipients, a more accurate name will be Google Catfishing
