Most of my success can be traced back to a few people seeing something in me that I never saw in myself.

One of the best parts of starting a company is getting to interact with other founders. It's unlike anything I've experienced before. Grateful & helpful. Doesn't even matter if you're in the same market. There's this vibe of "It's hard enough, I hope one us makes it."

Over my career I've noticed that ~everyone approaches work the same way. The only things that change are the scope and stakes at play. find experts > gather context > create principles > make the best decision you can with the evidence available > execute > lather, rinse, repeat

Is there a shortcut that lets you highlight text and make it ALL CAPS? There has to be, right? It's one of those text manipulations that's weird you have to fully retype.

3 things that help me deal w/ career anxiety: 1. Everyone is painfully human. People become less perfect the closer you get to them. 2. No one has it figured out. Everyone is making decisions w/ incomplete data. 3. People don't think about you as much as you think they do.
