Gives additional but incoherent excuses. Says he can even bring the projector so we test it before we pay. I am not just interested in the projector, I am interested in the owner of the company getting value for his effort, at this point, I'll buy somewhere else. I am tired

He then asks us to discard earlier quote and gives us a fresh quote from the new company he has now introduced. I asked my colleague to find out why we can't get the account for the original company, he says it will take forever to confirm payment from their HQ.

We want to buy a projector from a company, we got a quotation, the manager gives us his personal account to pay into, we refused. He then proceeded to give us a company account different from the company on the quotation, we refused.

I'd like to see flights from Uyo to Asaba, (for instance) two flights daily, timed to allow folks go to Asaba for business and return to Uyo before night falls, not everyone is heading to Lagos/Abuja

Citizens of Benin call for President Talon’s resignation. This time last month it was citizens of Senegal on the streets. ECOWAS would do well to engage in honest dialogue with citizens & CSOS. Democracy in the region is weak & citizens won’t stay quiet/meek. They want better

I have a small theory on local flights Insecurity on the road is forcing more people to fly. On routes in the past where flights are barely half-filled, if you wait till a day to, tickets are now sold out. Lagos to Akure is one of such, Ibadan to Abuja is now gold!

On an day of glory like this, devastating and shocking news: the passing of Innocent Chukwuma. When I became President of CLO in October 1995, Innocent was my first Acting Executive Director, a solid support and guide in those troubled times.
