@rosyna @jamesthomson I get that but doesn’t buying an app automatically trigger a download too. Is that separate in the EU now?

@jeffkibuule @jamesthomson It still automatically triggers a download unless you've abused the system, in which case you are warned.

@jeffkibuule @jamesthomson It allows Apple to conform to the EU law without harming UX while preventing abuse of the refund policy.

@rosyna @Cocoanetics - What value is a 14 day return policy on an app/book/movie that once you download you can't return? I don't get it?

@JoshuaL @Cocoanetics Apple has never removed apps from an iOS device. This includes if a person gets a refund.
