yo, so I noticed that @shoe0nhead ‘s video on the Arthur gay rat wedding got taken down by @TeamYouTube , I don’t think it violated hate speech. I’m sure it didn’t come from malice, thanks YouTube for silencing political creators (sarcasm).
honestly, as a centerist, I believe that everyone has a right to their own opinion and are able to express it, unless it actually comes from an intent to harm someone or something, which was what shoe wouldn’t even doing.
plus, I bet there are plenty of videos on YT out there that come from a place of actual hate speech, but Shoe’s video isn’t one of them. can people just understand that not EVERYTHING is hate speech.
for example, if someone says “oh it’s okay to be obese” and if I say no, would it be hate speech? nope, it’s proven with facts that if is dangerous to be obese. yes, promoting obesity will hurt many others in an unhealthy way, and no, I do not hate obese people.
it was clear that shoe was DEFENDING gay people, not trying to take them down.
this is proof that @TeamYouTube doesn’t have the best reporting system.
