The best Delhi can do is make half of those mohalla clinic to be fever related clinics only.

I think pooling of doctors in the private and public sector as well as those who are retired, studying or haven't formally worked for a while will need to be pooled in and given staggered rosters (X days on, Y days off) (X1 days Covid ward, X2 days Covid duty)

States and cities should open up their data especially those with mapping agencies dedicated to the same. Preferably put it up on Open Street Maps. Would be wonderful if could find a way to make it happen for Covid response and long term planning.
