I just reread the notification, and if I'm not wrong, probably Eroolia series won't be removed, but it will still use the old Google Play Billing (Google said no need to update if I won't maintain it after Nov, which I think there won't be any other update before the remastered)

RT< Yes, I can use this to fix the old app but I need to learn it first and since the remastered will replace the old one soon (similar apps can't be released together?) I think learning the code to update the older versions would be a waste.

since the remastered is coming soon, I think it's better to wait the remastered version rather than updating the old ones. This won't affect iOS and other store as the problem is with the Google API.
You can still get the current version on Amazon Appstore.

supported by the plugin I have, so I can't update the games which is using In App Purchase. Paid games should be okay (still need api update but doable). I plan to release the remastered version on mobile in a near future (might still take months, could be earlier) and
