This decision is preposterous. Not only does it strike down a 30 year old law, it opens the door for dangerous individuals to access firearms they could use to harm innocent people. We cannot let this stand.

30 years ago, lawmakers came together to establish the FMLA, guaranteeing that workers who needed to take unpaid leave for a family or medical emergency would have a job to return to.
