Today I brought these books to my Banned Latina/o literature class. These are books my students read to kids at a local Latinx nonprofit. I asked them why they thought I brought them. You should have seen the shock on their faces when I told them they’ve been banned in Florida.

Many are appalled by CBS's failure to properly caption Bad Bunny last night, but honestly this is a mood. opened the "Gringo Grammys" (as he calls it) by speaking non-english, wearing a non-outfit, dancing with non-celebrities and honoring what for some is non-music.

A system so broken, doctors and nurses at least in my experience don't even talk to each other. I'm grateful to all the health care workers that tended to me and wishing everyone good health.

and being told it was in my head has made my recovery has been very difficult, I should never have been in this situation and let me not even, tell you about all the meds, I am on 8 different medications! It's crazy, this is not a healthcare system, we have a sick-care system.

My doctor is doing all she can to get me what I need, MRI, and I have my immediate family including my Titi
advocating with/for me. I am going to have to spend more time than expected in post-op recovery and my husband's family leave ends Wednesday so any help really does
