Dude, I'm a fan mostly but did you read the article? She was on a hands free phone, 11pm at night and the old guy fell on cobblestones in front of the car in front of her (which swerved and avoided him). She was unable to react or see him that quickly.

Would you say the same if your father was killed by her?
-
Don't know. I'd probably be so distraught that I'd kill her. However, you made it sound like she was ON her phone, like texting or surfing. What jail sentence do you think she should've received?

"The prosecutor added: "The stopping time is somewhere in the region of 11 seconds and Mr Croxon would have been visible to the defendant for about 10 seconds for a distance of about 100 metres." So even the prosecution admitted it was an unavoidable accident.

Why did she drive away from the scene?
-
She thought she'd run over some garbage but she circled round to check. Seriously, read the damn article before you judge her :- She acted perfectly reasonably under the circumstances & should really have been acquitted.
-
Sounds like a bullshit excuse. Once she hit something she didn't bother going outside to check.
-
She said she thought it was just some rubbish so why would she ?
-
Read the article my dude. She wasn't even the first person to avoid the guy. Secondly she returned to scene. Once she realized she ran over the guy, she fled. The part of her saying it was rubbish is her claim. She could easily make it.
