And you've got a degree in economics? 57% of NYC residents...otherwise known as your constituents...support the project, vs. only 26% who don't, but of course, with all your experience in job creation and all that economic theory you learned in college, you know better, right?

Well I hope NY learns their lessons and votes her out of office next term. I think she’s a republican plant and that’s why Trump is raising her profile, so the country can realize what these socialists are about. Trump will win in 2020 by a landslide thanks to these dems

I lived in Seattle while Amazon took a bad neighborhood and revitalized it (SLU)-- and the change was insane. Of course, more people means traffic gets worse and prices increase, but home prices have fallen again. This will go down as a loss for NYC.

1. It's bad for cities - as a group - to bid for jobs, and good for companies. 2. A city is better off with businesses who pay tax vs. those who don't. 3. There will be other businesses who want to move to NYC AND pay taxes. Wait for a better deal - and improve your leverage.

I think it’s hysterical that she’s boosting how she single handedly outset out the big bad giant company Amazon from planting any roots there. Never mind that 25,000 jobs are lost. Meaning more tax revenue for the community. O’yeah, she’s a bona fife hero. NOT!!!!

I wouldn't have created 25K jobs. It was a sham ! Ask Seattle. Out of the promised 20K jobs, they hired appr. 1500 from the area. The other 18k plus were recruited from elsewhere and brought with them. All Seattle got out of the deal was a sky high housing market.
