What about due process, Ron?

Applies to criminal cases, not Senate confirmation
-
Oh, so we just accept all claims at face value in the Senate? Big if true.
-
Wow. Did I read his reply correctly? He’s okay with anyone going before senate confirmation to be accused of unverifiable allegations?
-
That’s kinda what I heard.

It’s great that you believe her, but most progressive organizations are enthusiastically supporting Ellison and the hypocrisy between this and Kavanaugh is absolutely ludicrous.

I believed Roy Moore's accusers were telling the truth and said so. Now it's your turn. Do you believe
@atensnut's allegations against Bill Clinton? - 1 more reply

Actually you are the one talking whataboutism, Ron. I said from the beginning I think Dr. Ford is telling the truth from her point of view. But why aren't you holding Dems to the same standard then? Democrats aren't defending this woman...and the media has largely ignored it.
-
That's because the claims are completely unsubstantiated. Even a Repub was forced to step down from the election because his daughter accused him of molestation. If Ellison actually did this he would not have made it to the primary! That is how MN works. Provide evidence or gtfoh
-
Reread that and then apply it to the SCOTUS situation. The Ellison accuser had more evidence than Ford.
