    Nice idea in theory yet for anyone who travels longer distances regularly by train, trolleys often can't get through crowded trains at all.... Digital waiter threatens to shunt buffet cars into oblivion

    My OH got me a bespoke cartoon for my 50th and it was a lovely, thoughtful surprise and the best present I’ve ever had as it makes me smile each time it catches my eye from my desk.

    Love this - the more we understand how our brains are wired to protect us from perceived harm, the more we can create the pause, the calm, to check when those neural shortcuts lock us in a place of intransigence.
