Yes! The Payment Request Element gives you one integration for Apple Pay & Pay with Google, and they all create sources you can use for charges and subscriptions with the exact same backend code.

If I understand well, Stripe PR creates an iframe with a PR button. User clicks. Iframe shows PR UI, gets CC data, then generates source, which is postMessaged to the upper window. Once you have source, you perform AJAX calls (server-side because secret key) to proceed payment.
