        We do have net neutrality laws (the ones imposed by the EU) but MEO in particular just doesn't care

        Also those packages mean that those apps' data don't count to the data usage, not that the rest are throttled, still bad though

        What it means, by the way, is you don't pay for extra services if you go with those packages. It's not related to the Internet.
