Should people who only got the vaccine this week be worried about this and what this means for the 2nd dose

Looking at how long it took for the vaccine to affect others it was in a 24hr-48hr time frame for any adverse reactions. Im watching all vaccines official trials and news as I have a lot of allergies, just to help me in my decision.

This is an absolute disaster. There has to be a judgement made on a risk reward basis. The whole country is run on zero risk,zero legal liability and most importantly no chance of reputational risk to civil servants. Shocking decision.
