It isn't her circle Ross brought in Chandler, Chandler brought in Joey. Lets not get it twisted Ross was annoying but Joey and Phoebe were the worst people on friends. Phoebe was a mean, self-centered narcisist. Joey was a stupid mooch. I judge Chandler for not kicking him out.
