@rogersm agreed. When the bins can be colored based a normalized scores, we can see more than population density.@AmeliaMN@OpenVisConf -

@rogersm@BrianLehman yeah! I want to be able to arbitrarily manipulate polygons. E.g., change voting district shape -> stats -> see effect. -
