This is a REGULAR dumping ground that I personally avoid as its a disgrace. Just how much would a covert camera cost for a couple of weeks?
The current pile is mainly striped bags so it clearly comes from the flats over the shops that were given them after the last clearance.
Once you have a pile of bags it attracts more from elsewhere. The landlord/s of the flats need to make sure they have some form of bin area.
You have obviously seen the state of the backs of those "shops" rodent breaking ground?
I reported the ones you can reach off Mallard Close yesterday and a 7 Day Notice has been put on them by Waste Enforcement
