Conservatives are so caught up in the culture of denouncing racism as somehow bad (totalitarian, religious, etc.) that they seem to miss that it's a response to racism, violence, and inequality - and they offer no solutions, only critiques.

I'd like to know more. I know some NW law profs, which makes me especially curious. I once gave a paper on the economics of adultery law there, and someone said it was making some of the audience squirm.
