I tried to stop my Twitter feed being an echo chamber and so followed as many Tory MPs as Labour ones, pro Brexiteers and anti, all sides of the trans debate, people who defend Trump, who defend Iran. It is like BEING INSANE. My mind can’t scroll down the page. It’s unreadable.

Okay so, I'm offically getting into NFL. - do I know anyone else who is into it? Who should I support? Who is the most exciting team still inthe playoffs? What is the best podcast? Who wants to watch the superb owl with me?

Really impressive and sharp here from The reality is the calibre of Labour MPs now, compared to 5 years ago, is immeasurably better. It’s time for a new generation

Remember when I thought it would matter that the Skywalker saber's crystal broke in half, and Rey would make a saberstaff that can separate into two sabers and give half to redeemed Ben. But then Leia just fixed the lightsaber for her between movies and it didn't matter

There are no excuses here: we lost the election in large part because of bad strategy on the part of the leadership. However, these figures make it clear just how biased and skewed the UK political landscape is by a right-wing media. This is why good strategy was so important.

Whilst there are probably a lot of factors, pretty clear that incredibly hostile printed press coverage was a) Intensified compared to 2017 & b) Was maintained at remarkable pace through campaign c) Bled into broadcast coverage, at least in framing terms

Listening to on railing against austerity, I wonder whether he might have a word with whoever was Director of Public Prosecutions in 2010, sitting silently by as the Crown Prosecution Service had its budget slashed by a 1/4 and its workforce cut by a third.

Zac Goldsmith, what a story. Son of humble billionaire, at 23 made editor of a magazine (owned by his uncle), gets Tory nom for leafy London seat at 32, loses the seat twice in 3 years, (also losing London mayoral race). Elevated to the House of Lords. Truly, the British dream.

Probably hasn't been mentioned enough that head coaches usually work with an entire team of coaches around them and Ljungberg is just having to do this with the club's Academy boss.

Lots of people on the left are piling into each other over the election result. Please remember: this tendency was part of the reason. Yes, we need to work out where to go now, but let's do it without rancour. We all want a kinder country - we should start as we mean to go on.

Btw, "free of the yoke of the woke" is going to be first trans people, then ethnic minorities, then migrants and refugees then gay people then anyone on benefits. This is the party Ayesha "I work for George Osborne now" Hazarika wants to create.

Disaster nationalism has just cut through swathes of Labour's former safe seats, having been forced into a Brexit election to which there was no easy solution. It is a momentous defeat, and we have to own it - writes
